Exclusively for LUAA TEAMS only.
The Rosario Municipality, through Councilor Bellarmin Florei III, is cordially inviting all LUAA teams to participate in their Fiesta Invitational Airsoft Challenge.
In line with their fiesta activities, the municipality have prepared speedball gamesite, snacks, lunch, trophy, cash prizes and certificates to the LUAA participants.
First game will commence at exactly 8:00am on April 27, 2008.
Gamesite: Brgy, Malicnao, Riverbank, Siruk ti rangtay (the bridge going to Nature's Park).
12 man team, 6 teams.
Death Match, eliminate as many opponents as you can.
CQB, 450 FPS limit.
Point system, 120pt. perfect score, 5 points deduction per member eliminated.
Tie breaker will be "fastest" gun method or a death match if time permits. (The game format renders a "tie" as improbable but not impossible).
Regular airsoft tournament rules will be applied.
Please inform sir Erwin "Silver" Ballesteros, 09187885505, should there be any conflict with LUAA schedules.

Sir,there will be conflict since it's been agreed mostly to the members who attend the game last April 20 that all players and marshalls must be present to the FINAL DRY run on APRIL 27 for the game event on MAY 4.pano na yan?

Paki sms na lang si bro Silver mga comrades regarding conflict of schedules.
If 6 teams lang ang kasali and we can start sharply 8:00am, we can proceed to Agoo after lunch.
Tournament Format:
Death Match Point System - 120pts total each team, 5 points per member. 5 points will be deducted from the total 120pts for each member eliminated. Total score will be the combined points for the two games played during elimination.
15 minutes game. (This may vary to 10 mins per game, as previously experienced, 10mins cqb game is the ideal length. Will also depend on our promptness to start by 8:00am)
Group A and B (3 teams each group, grouping will depend on the arriving teams to maximize time), single round elimination. Emerging champs from group A and B will compete for final championship match (guaranteed two games per team). If time permits, championship will be best of 3, 10 mins. game.
Trophies and prizes will be given during the Fiesta Night Program, Sunday night, since this event is part of the municipal fiesta activities.
Your representative/s are enjoined to attend the awarding night. There will be a fellowship night to be entertained by Kamikaze band.
Rules and Regulations:
450 fps limit
Full protection advised
Unlimited amo
No amo clip restriction
Smoke Screen pyro allowed, No flash bang and other exploding pyro materials.
Communication equipment allowed.
No knife kill, shoot opponent once or twice on close distance, but avoid rapid firing (officials has the right to disqualify participants violating this rule).
No blind firing to avoid hitting the spectators.
AEG's only, no gas operated rifles except for pistols.
Marshal rules, disputes will be settled after the games and NOT during. (This is an invitational, game officers decision will be upheld).
Only the team leaders can settle disputes with the head marshal who will then discuss matters with the game officials.
Since this is an LUAA-Rosario Gov't affair, LUAA will deal with marshaling, while the host have their share of being game officials/organizers. Besides, we can not allow non-airsofters to act as marshals . We will require 3 team members from each non-playing/waiting teams (guaranteed 12 marshals each game).

sir, noted na all agoo teams will be there on April 27. rosario event. Pls. be advised na sa May 1(holiday) yung ang final dry run natin sa Aplaya.ATTENDANCE IS A MUST.At kasali ang LUAA sa parade ng Agoo on that day(may 1).

confirmed na ang May 1 holiday ay on thursday. di na ililipat sa ibang date(kagaya ng ginagawa nila sa mga ibang holiday). which is naka-sched na AGOO parade din yun. so All LUAA members ay kasali sa PARADA bago dry run

The posted tournament format is designed so we can finish by 2 or 3pm. Here is the original format should we decide to hold it up to 5pm.
6 teams, 12 man
single round elimination (5 games guaranteed, kaya nyo kaya ito? baon kayo 2 kilo bb's each)
top two emerging teams via accumulated point system will compete for a death match championship.
